Many of us who work from home feel that we are less productive than when we went to the office.
There are situations that we have no choice but to get used to, such as seeing our children running in the back of conferences or the dog barking behind them, or going to pick up an Amazon package in the middle of a call or being tempted to put on a wash in the middle of the morning. Who can be productive with this routine? Today we share our best tips so that you can stay productive, stress-free and undisturbed while working from home.
Tips for working from home:
  • Get dressed: It can be tempting to stay in your pajamas all day, but showering and getting dressed will help you focus and get ready to start your workday.
  • Stick to a routine: When possible, create a routine or stick to the one you would have if you were in the office.
  • Get outside: Try not to stay cooped up inside all day, try to get some fresh air by going for a walk or sitting on the terrace, balcony or garden. It can help you to bring a new focus to your day and your never-ending to-do list.
  • Create a healthy space: To help you focus, create a place at home where you will do most of your work. It should be built for productivity, not just comfort.
  • Connect with colleagues – Try having real conversations over the phone rather than just instant messages and email – this can be much more stimulating and helpful when you’re isolated. Use software tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. to enable collaboration, whether it’s for work or connecting with family and friends.
  • Schedule: Do household chores at the same time you would do them if you were going to the office.
  • Take breaks: Spend a few minutes every few hours disconnecting from the task at hand.
During these breaks, you can take a few minutes to relax, stretch, or use your Theragun to help awaken your senses and recharge your energy, right after eating or mid-afternoon when you start to feel tired.
Where should I use my Theragun while sitting at my desk?
  • Shoulder
  • Traps and neck
  • Lower back
  • Hands and forearms
  • Lower back
When treating a sore area for the first time, float the Theragun over the area for 30 seconds and then breathe. Repeat as needed.

We recommend holding the Theragun by the reverse grip, with your hand inside the patented Theragun triangle for better control and to relieve wrist strain when holding the Theragun.
