Visits
How long do visits last?
We like to do things right. That's why we usually offer personalized advice for at least 30 minutes. Although it can be extended to approximately 1 hour.
What happens if I can't go to the physical store?
No problem. If you have any questions about the type of chair that best suits you, we will answer them over the phone.
Is it necessary to make an appointment to go to the store?
We always recommend making an appointment in advance. This way you can ensure your visit at the requested time and you won't have to wait if there are more people.
How many visits can there be at the same time?
Normally, there are a maximum of 2 visits at the same time, as our team includes two ergonomics specialists.
Can I try the products on my own?
No. Visits will always be accompanied by an ergonomic specialist to 1) ensure that you are trying an option that is right for you and 2) because there are products with complex use.
