- Always go to sleep and get up at the same time.
- If you are going to take a nap, try not to exceed 45 minutes.
- Avoid caffeine at least 6 hours before going to sleep.
- Avoid heavy meals up to 4 hours before going to bed.
- Do physical activity during the day.
- Don't take your computer to bed. If you're going to work, do it from your desk.
- And of course use a bed in which you feel comfortable.
